Parallax

The space between frames holds secrets.

Two adjacent frames, intended as separate photographs, begin to communicate with each other. A footpath in frame one, a tree root in frame two. A lamppost in an open space, then a similar shape reflected in a factory building. Moments that seem unrelated suddenly become silent conversations across the narrow gap between frames.

This is parallax. Not just the technical shift between viewfinder and lens, but also the narrative shift that occurs when we allow two half-frames to become one complete thought.

Each diptych here captures something that neither frame could express on its own: the pause between breaths, the echo after sound, the story that lives in the space between seeing and understanding.
